HOW TO SAVE VOICE MESSAGES ON YOUR HARD DRIVE

Saving messages to your hard drive could not be easier

Right click on the message attachment in the email

Click “Save As” and the normal “Save Attachment” window will open.

Decide where in your directory structure you want he message to be. We recommend creating a new folder for voice messages.

Rename the file to something that will enable you to identify each message.
DON'T FORGET TO PUT “
.wav” on the end of the new file name or it will not play next time you try to open it.
