PROBLEMS PLAYING .WAV FILES
We have created a series of troubleshooting guides in PDF
format which will resolve most problems you may encounter
when attempting to "play" a .wav file on your
computer. If you work through this guide and still have
not succeeded in getting your voice message to play, you
will need more in-depth tech support. Multi-Link's Computing

Since we deal with this problem all the time, we are almost
certainly going to be your most cost effective solution.
First, determine what operating system you are using and
download the appropriate guide (in PDF format). If you don't
know what operating system you are using:
1.) Go to the "Start" Menu on
your Desktop.
2.) Click on "Run"
3.) In the text box type: winver
[then press OK].
4.) Your operating system will be identified and displayed
on the screen.
5.) Now, select the appropriate troubleshooting guide
for your operating system by clicking on one of the six
links below that corresponds with your operating system.

2000

98 and 98SE
Windows ME

NT Workstation
(Windows 95 is not supported and we recommend that
you contact us immediately to upgrade to a Windows system
