FAX to EMAIL - Business Use

Multi-Link MyFax service offers advanced fax capabilities to any business with incoming fax traffic. Each person in your company who receives incoming faxes is given a new local “MyFax” number.

As far as the sender is concerned, MyFax behaves just like any fax machine. They dial your MyFax number, press “START” and then walk away.

MyFax accepts the incoming fax, converts the image to a “tiff” file and then emails the file to your normal email address, where it appears within 60 seconds.

You open the email, click on the “tiff” file using any viewer and the fax image appears on your screen one page at a time. Now you can view the image and….

• Discard it if it’s not important
• Print it through your normal printer if you want a “hard copy”
• Save it to your hard drive to be stored for as long as you wish
• Forward the email and the fax image to anybody else in the world

Now that’s way more flexible than a piece of paper sitting on your fax machine isn’t it?
