GETTING YOUR MAILBOX SET UP TO DELIVER
FAX MESSAGES TO YOUR EMAIL
Multi-Link customers can receive faxes
in their voice mail boxes, and have them delivered automatically
to any email address. The fax message will come in the form
of a .tif file, which is very small and which most computers
are already set up to view. However, our customer service
department has to make some adjustments to the mailbox to
enable this feature.
To receive this FREE upgrade, please
download the form below and fax it to us at 303.831.1988.
We’ll set up your mailbox and email you as soon as
it is done. Please don’t call us to set this up, as
we need your written authorization.

This great new feature upgrade is FREE
to existing Multi-Link customers. When your mailbox receives
a fax message, it converts the image to a “.tif”
file and then emails the file to your normal email address,
where it appears within 60 seconds.
You open the email, click on the “.tif”
file using any viewer, and the fax image appears on your
screen one page at a time. Now you can view the image and
. . .
• Discard it if it’s not important
• Print it through your normal printer if you want
a “hard copy”
• Save it to your computer hard drive to be stored
for as long as you wish
• Forward the email and the fax image to anybody else
in the world who has email
Now that’s way more
flexible than a piece of paper sitting on your fax machine,
isn’t it?
