GETTING YOUR MAILBOX SET UP TO DELIVER VOICE MESSAGES TO YOUR EMAIL

We have enabled all Multi-Link message taking boxes to send the actual voice messages to any email address. It comes in the form of a .wav file which is very small and which most computers are already set up to play. However, our customer service department has to make some adjustments to the mailbox to ensure that your other message notification methods do not get messed up in the process.

Please download the form below and fax it to us at 303 831 1988. We’ll setup your mailbox and email you as soon as it is done.

You may have already noticed that you can now access your mailbox from our web site. Furthermore, it appears that you can turn on the email delivery feature through the “MessageMe” interface at this time. Please note that email delivery will not work until customer service has changed a setting in the mailbox that you cannot access. Once that is done, you will be able to change your delivery options through our web site at any time.
