Normal tech support hours are 24 hours a day,
seven days a week, 365 days a year. However, we don’t
keep technicians sitting around on weekends and in the middle
of the night just in case you call! If you need our support
nights and weekends, we’ll be glad to deliver it.
But please . . .if your need isn’t urgent, our technicians
are grateful if you can wait to contact us during normal
business hours.

for New Computing Issues – Existing Customers
If you are an existing computing support customer and you
are calling with a new problem or support request, the only
guaranteed way to make contact is the FastFix Hotline at
303.380.7078. The voice mail system will immediately alert
our on-call technicians that you need help. We’ll
be back to you in 30 minutes or less 24/7/365 or the service
call will be free.

If you are not an existing Multi-Link customer you have
two choices:
If you need immediate, urgent computing support, please
check our standard
support rate and make sure the rate
is acceptable to you. Then call 303.380.7078 and we’ll
be in touch with you in 30 minutes or less 24/7/365. Our
technician will collect full payment for the services he
provides at the time of service.
If you are calling during normal business
hours, and can take the time to set up an account –
we’ll be happy to provide service under one of our
discount plans and provide monthly billing. To get onto

if you’re not receiving the response you need, here
is your escalation chain. We make it transparent to give
you better service, please use it sparingly!
